We start with layout and excavation, tie the steel rebar cage, and set the plumbing before the gunite crew sprays the shell. Once it cures, we install tile, coping, and the interior finish, wire the NEC 680.26 equipotential bonding grid with 8 AWG copper, and set VGB-compliant main drains. Every stage is inspected and permitted through Lee County before we fill and hand you the warranty paperwork.
